Grower partnerships
We work with 400+ partner farmers on multi-year contracts. Pre-season advances, fair procurement, and shared downside in bad harvests.

Water-wise drying
Sun-drying uses 97% less energy than dehydrator-dried raisins. Our yards are rain-sheltered but fully solar.

Zero-additive varieties
Indian Green and Brown varieties are chemical-free, shade- or sun-dried with nothing added. Ever.

Waste valorisation
Stems, seeds and off-grade fruit are processed into cattle feed and compost for partner farms.

Grower education
We run annual clinics on pruning, trellising, pest management and safe drying practices.
